Both apartments sleep up to six guests in air-conditioned comfort and offer wheel-in showers, shower chairs and bed and toilet seat raisers. Fully equipped kitchens and living areas with television, video and sound systems come as standard.

The villa is a joint venture Karen C/5 and Bruce T/9. It has been designed by them both and is totally accommodating for six people including three wheelchair users in comfort. There are three twin bedrooms one of, which has a nimbus two mattress for anyone who is worried about their skin. There are two bathrooms one of which has a huge wheel in shower and rails where necessary. There is sky TV, DVD hi-fi everything you would expect in your home away from home. There are 2 electrically operated beds, and an electric hoist. Electric scooters and the van with wheelchair lift as shown above can be hired with prior notice.
The 40ft swimming pool is accessible by shower chair via a ramp and handrails this and the gardens are all enclosed and private. The gardens are also planted with a number of tropical plants.
