The school benefits from a speech and language unit. The unit comprises two classes known as “bases”: There are two bases: Green Base (Key Stage One) and Gold Base (Key Stage Two).

The Bases serve 16 children, altogether. These are pupils who have very significant communication difficulties which affect their learning.
