Our Mission is to: offer effective, affordable and accessible therapies to every person affected by MS in Hertfordshire.

Our objectives are:
1. To deliver effective therapies for everyone of these people who want to take up that offer.
2. To make these therapies available in the most affordable way possible, ideally on a donation basis.
3. To deliver these therapies as accessibly as possible. In particular to deliver these in a town as near as practical to where each person with MS lives.

I have qualified and am insured in many therapies, however I believe Reflexology is so beneficial to so many health conditions, that it is the main therapy in which I practise.

Not only is Reflexology a wonderful relaxing natural therapy that is suitable for all ages and most conditions, it is also a non-invasive treatment – as you need only to remove your shoes and socks.

Established in 1984, the Therapy Centre is a registered charity set up by people with MS for people with MS. The aim of the Therapy Centre is to help improve the quality of life for people with MS. We do this by providing advice, support, information, clinics, workshops and a range of practical therapies.

The therapies offered at Newbridge, and at 55 other centres in the UK, are based on guidance from research into the disease at hospitals here and overseas.

They include Nutritional advice, Physiotherapy, Reflexology, Hyperbaric Oxygen treatment (H.B.O.) which consists of breathing pure oxygen in a pressurised chamber for regular hourly sessions, all designed to alleviate some of the more distressing symptoms of the disease and to help sufferers to cope a little better with everyday life. Advice on welfare benefits and counselling are also available.
