When you are looking for a new home, you will be asking yourselves certain questions. Is it designed to meet my needs now and in the future? Do I like the location? Does it allow me access to facilities that I value? Each time MHA builds a new Housing Scheme, it asks exactly the same questions.
MHA has over three decades’ experience of developing supported accommodation for older people, continually adapting our provision to meet changing needs. Today, we offer a range of properties for rent, purchase or part-ownership throughout the UK.
Sheltered Housing, with part-time or full-time staffing support
Housing with Care, which includes 24-hour staffing and usually an on-site restaurant
MHA’s Housing Schemes are regulated by the Tenant Services Authority. Using its traffic light rating system, MHA has received a green light across the board, and over 95 per cent of those living in our housing say that they would consider or definitely recommend MHA to others.
