Avenues Trust Support Services concentrates on providing high quality individually planned support in small, specialist, residential settings for people with learning disabilities and mental health issues. Avenues Trust Community Support Services provides community based support to a wide range of adults and young people in their own homes. Southwark Home Care is a major provider of quality home care in that borough. Community Futures Kent is a new person centred community development organisation based in West Kent. CoolTan Arts believe that well-being is enhanced by the power of creativity and are run by and for those with mental distress.

We run a varied programme of creative workshops from our vibrant arts centre in Southwark’s lively Walworth Road, near Elephant & Castle; these include visual arts, batik, digital arts, video, poetry, and performing arts. Our activities include exhibitions, public art projects and websites which help break down the stigma of mental distress. CoolTan’s gallery/performance space offers other local community projects somewhere to exhibit and our volunteering programmes offer meaningful engagement and the opportunity to learn useful skills.

Creative Support is a high quality provider of person centred social care services for people with learning disabilities, mental health and other needs.
To support our service users we provide a range of services to meet their differing needs, including supported living, supported housing, residential care, community and home support, floating support, extra-care and day services. We work with people who have a wide spectrum of needs, ranging from those who require short term support to regain their independence to people with complex needs who require intensive support to enjoy a good quality of life.
Creative Support also develops and manages high quality housing to provide supported accommodation. As well as owning and managing our own houses and flats, we manage many properties belonging to our partner housing associations.
