Totally Yours is a web based directory of product and service providers, primarily aimed to help those living with disability or for older people.

Totally Yours has been created by janet [at] totallyyours [dot] co [dot] uk (Janet Welch). Janet is the mother of a 18 year old boy with severe physical and learning difficulties who, as a mother and carer, has direct experience of buying and using products and services for disabled people and their families.

Frustrated by the lack of a single comprehensive and accessible resource for these products and services she set about building the Totally Yours directory. She identified that searching on the Internet could bring up useful websites, but can often be an exhausting and time consuming process; it relies upon an element of luck and the refinement of search criteria leading to varying and unpredictable results. She found that many good product and service providers were often buried because they were unable to commit sufficient resources to search engine optimisation.

Prior to taking a career break to look after her children, Janet worked as an accountant and tax consultant for a major British oil company.
